The consultation
A private appointment in Los Angeles, or by video if you are farther away. We talk through how you wear your hair, what you love, what has never felt right, and the look you are dreaming of.

Measurements & cap design
We take precise measurements and design the cap around them: the fit, the part, the lace and the construction that will feel most comfortable and look most natural on you.

Your quote & deposit
You receive one clear, all-inclusive price before anything is made. A 50% deposit secures your custom order, and the balance is due when your wig is complete. If your circumstances call for different terms, just ask.

Selecting the hair
Together we choose the hair, its length, density, texture and color. We work only with premium virgin human hair, including virgin Russian hair, so it moves, shines and ages like your own.

The making, 30–45 days
Your wig is constructed to your specifications, then given its personalized hairline and baby hairs by hand: plucked, knots bleached and lace perfected until it disappears against your skin.

Fitting, cut & style
Your wig is custom cut, colored and styled for you, then fitted in person or shipped to you anywhere in the world at no charge. You receive care instructions and Rachel on call for anything you need.

The investment
Couture quality, at a fair price.
Bespoke wigs of this caliber are typically $5,000 to $7,000 and more. Ours are $1,600 to $3,500, depending on length, texture and size, and that includes your custom cut, color, personalized hairline and baby hairs. Shipping is complimentary, worldwide.
